Tetiana is the CEO and Co-Founder of Curium, a no-code tech platform that runs end-ton-end claims and compliance. During the past 17 years Tetiana has worked for most of the large global insurers as consultant with the Boston Consulting Group and Oliver Wyman (part of Marsh McLennan Group). She advised firms in more than 20 countries across variety of areas from strategy to operations and product design. Tetiana came to Australia in 2017 and joined Blue Zebra Insurance as Head of Claims & Operations. Having experienced the power of technology firsthand, she started Curium to enable insurers, underwriting agencies, and brokers to enter the market and scale in record time.

Senior sales and business development manager with over 16 years experience in the Life Insurance industry (TAL & MLC) and the Tech industry (Salesforce). Louise's ability to identify, lead and conduct sales activities means that she has the potential to make a real impact with businesses. The passion she has for the insurance industry allows her to create a collaborative environment for both her internal/external partners.

Laura is a qualified lawyer with a career spanning claims, legal and operations in insurance. She was Head of Legal and Claims at UK insurtech Superscript, where she built the claims function from scratch and set up delegated authority arrangements; Head of Knowledge at Bellrock (Steadfast Group), leading contract review, policy wordings and AI implementation; and Head of Claims at Westcor, covering TPA management, audit and reporting frameworks. She began her career at Aviva and moved from London to Sydney in 2024. At Curium she leads operations and customer success.
