Tetiana is the CEO and Co-Founder of Curium, a no-code tech platform that runs end-ton-end claims and compliance. During the past 17 years Tetiana has worked for most of the large global insurers as consultant with the Boston Consulting Group and Oliver Wyman (part of Marsh McLennan Group).

She advised firms in more than 20 countries across variety of areas from strategy to operations and product design. Tetiana came to Australia in 2017 and joined Blue Zebra Insurance as Head of Claims & Operations. Having experienced the power of technology firsthand, she started Curium to enable insurers, underwriting agencies, and brokers to enter the market and scale in record time.

Lidia is a legal and risk management advisor with over 20 years’ experience in the legal, financial services and insurance industries. With specializations in commercial, corporate and insurance law, Lidia has spent the majority of her career working as a lawyer in global organisations, including Aon, Tokio Marine and Allianz, where she has been focused on providing legal and compliance advice and solutions that enable businesses achieve sustainable growth and manage risk in a manner consistent with their company values and regulatory obligations.

Adopting a partnership approach when working with multidisciplinary stakeholders, Lidia is driven in understanding evolving business strategies, markets and customer needs to unlock value for clients and support them better in identifying, assessing, mitigating and managing enterprise risks. Experienced in working across both commercial and retail financial product lines, together across a broad spectrum of business strategies, including digital, AI and ESG, Lidia is uniquely placed to understand local and global operating models and markets to better support business deliver on their business objectives and strategies within their risk frameworks.
