Nitesh is an industry leading cyber and technology lawyer with extensive expertise in contentious and non-contentious cyber, technology, privacy, data security, incident response and associated insurance coverage matters. He was a finalist in the 2024 Lawyers Weekly Cyber Partner of the year award and leads Gilchrist Connell’s national cyber practice.
